Insurance Plans
We accept most insurance plans, and our office is a preferred provider with Delta Dental. We would be happy to check with your insurance company prior to your treatment. At no extra charge, we can submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so you will know the portion of our charges that are your responsibility. Please understand that your insurance is a contract between you and that company. No insurance company covers all dental costs. Some companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures, and others pay a percentage of the charge. On average, insurance usually takes three to six weeks to pay the benefits. If after 60 days the insurance company has not paid, we ask the patient to pay the balance on their account. We will continue to seek settlement from your insurance company for a reasonable period of time. If payment is still not received, it may be necessary for the patient to make contact with the insurance company.
Financial Policy
We do make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care. In order to keep our fees low, it is our policy to request payment at the time of your dental treatment. We are still sending out statements to our patients who have previous balances, but we are also trying to avoid sending statements because the cost of paperwork, postage, and manpower affects our fees.
We will do all we can to meet your requirements in planning your dental care and treatment. We can schedule treatment as your budget allows. It is our pleasure to discuss the fee for each procedure before beginning treatment.
