Dental Tips
Dentistry has seen dramatic changes over the years. New materials and techniques have given us the means to perform some pretty wonderful transformations. Taking care of your teeth is the key to a healthy, beautiful smile. The following are some healthy tips for good oral hygiene:
- Brush your teeth at least twice a day.
- Clean between your teeth daily with floss. Decay and food particles can still linger between the teeth where toothbrush bristles can't reach.
- Eat a balanced diet, and limit snacking on sugary foods in-between meals.
- Visit your dentist regularly for professional cleanings and oral exams.
- Replace your toothbrush every three or four months (or sooner) if the bristles become worn.
